HerFuture In Conversation has three parts:

 

1. A facilitated panel discussion with 4 established women on the topics of feminism, overcoming discrimination and creating systemic change

 

2. A Q&A segment where young women pose their questions directly to established women

 

3. A listening session wherein young women share their experiences and asks for political and social change

 

This series of events will see young women pose their questions directly to established women and create a direct channel between young women and policy makers. This subverts the normative practice of young women being passive observers in the audience. Instead, young women will be active, involved, enraged, and engaged throughout. By doing so we aim to inspire a new vision for events focused on female empowerment, one where change and results are actually at the forefront.
